The original arm broke apart at the hinge when I opened it. The hinge itself and the latching pins are super robust, so the arm itself is the only thing that could fail, which it did. Customer support had a new one shipped out to me before I could blink. Excellent! I have now cut up a "pool noodle" to protect my new arm when folded down, in case they are all prone to this kind of failure.

Replacement Crossover Firebox Handle.

Handle is nice overall but being it is made out of a molded product if struck it will break in pieces. That is what happened to mine. Should be made out of metal.
