I’ve been using gloss for years, never caring for lipstick but decided to try this to look more polished. I chose Double Standard and am so happy with it. It stays put for hours, has a smooth finish, and did not dry out my often dry lips. The color is a cool deep rose - just beautiful.

What a great lipstick (Red v Wade)!

I've been looking for a new red lipstick since my old faves (from another brand) got discontinued. I first heard about Red v Wade on Instagram and thought that the color looked amazing, and isn't it so awesome that money also goes to Planned Parenthood?! I love how hydrating this is (I have such dry skin and my lips are no exception) and I don't feel like I have to keep applying chapstick and this lipstick throughout the day.

I don't normally wear lipstick, and as a result, have a lot of tubes wasting away in the bottom of my makeup case. Instead, I opt for lip oils or tinted lip balm to keep my lips moist with a bit of color (I have a bit of natural color, anyway). But I saw Cate The Great's promotion of this and saw that SC was donating proceeds from sales of this lipstick to Planned Parenthood. I gave it a go, and am very happy with how it does keep my lips moisturized like a balm, and that the color is as advertised on the website. Very natural! And the donations added to the sale price. Win-win!
