Honestly try them!!
These are life changing. Amazing for relief of overstimulation. Provide focus for work or even just watching videos. Not the best comfort for sleep, but they would work, if recommend the Quiets instead.

The Trade-Off: Sound Reduction vs. Subtlety
The mutes help further reduce sound but they compromise the subtlety of the clear earplugs. I would go for the regular Engage instead.

Really helpful!
They fit really well, and feel comfortable in. These help a lot when I’m somewhere with loud music but I still want to socialise and chat. Also really helpful in restaurants.
