Broke upon installation
I was excited for this sleek design, but as we were installing the mobile, the metal part of the knob simply fell off and made the arm unusable. I'm not sure if there's a cheap glue that's being used to secure this part in place? I contacted customer service and asked if I could get a knob replacement. I was offered a new arm attachment completely. I'm still waiting on its arrival, so hoping I just got a dud the first time and that the replacement works wonderfully.
