Pretty fast delivery, smells good , getting ready to make a cup. Wish the roast date wasn’t so long ago ! Today is 9/9/26 the roast date is 8/18/26 ! 22 days ago, I prefer 14 days 18 at the most I’ve found coffee starts lose aromatics and other flavor compounds after 20 days!! The order was shipped out 9/8/26 so the coffee was already 20-21 days past the roast date ? Not to impressed with that ? And the bad part is I only live 1 1/5 hours for your Roastery ? Hope it tastes Ok ?
