I prefer to use this product first thing at 4am before my workout, drink tons of water. Pre loaded with 5g for 2 weeks now I take it 2 times a day morning then before dinner. I’ve noticed better results in my workouts and especially my cognitive function at 4am and throughout the day at work. I have 2 kids so some nights, the sleep isn’t there. I still perform well with 5-6hrs of sleep. I recommend this product for blue collar dads.
