Beautiful scent, unfortunate packaging

The scent is quite lovely and sufficiently strong to fill a room (even without lighting it). But the candle is ensconced in a ceramic holder. When I got my order in the mail, the ceramic was already cracked. Something the manufacturer should have predicted if they anticipated online sales.
