3 star because the don't fully disclose. You don't get text alerts unless you give them money. All you get is an email alert if the tag is scanned.

I got 2 when i only needed one and ive emailed this company several times about it and still havent gotten a response. I am not a happy customer. I need to get a response to my emails as i might just send it all back and ask for a reimbursement.
