Experience ordering plants from Buce Plant

Plants came damaged and melted off in package. Only 30% of plants were delivered in good conditions. 70% are either damaged, lost majority of their leaves, or just completely melted. Packaging was bad where plants were cramped at the bottom of packaging, where heavier plant pots were pressed against delicate stem plants. Supporting team was responsive and supportive which is the redeeming point for this experience. Buce Plant resent only a few plants that were majorly damaged or completely melted off.

All four different plants I ordered arrived in great condition. It's only been 2 days but one is already showing clear signs of growth.

Turning yellow, will wait and see if it comes back. Gave it good soil and tabs
