I ordered the R5 light from you, I have tried on numerous occasions to contact you by phone, email, etc., all to no avail. No response, whatsoever....... I need to return the product. I will go on social media to share my customer experience with your company.

The Ruby team is amazing. 1st they make a great product, exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the a pair of the R5's for my DesertX and they are perfect. But maybe more important is their customer service. They totally took care of a small issue that was my fault. Highly recommend!
