The company has very good customer service. The products are good for about a year and then you have to purchase a new case. The clips that are used to keep the case secured to the laptop cracked with normal use. The bottom gummies that secure the laptop from sliding also popped off.

I dont like that the clear case over the matte finish of the carbon fiber skin makes the skin look glossy. I also had an issue putting the cace on with the skin, the small tabs on the case pushed the skin up and I had to put it on just right to get the tabs over the skin.
