Great CS from SOK and POT with a troubled unit
My new unit developed a weird flickering with the picture, and I contacted SOK regarding it. Preston was very responsive, like always, and he recommended contacting POT's CS. Brett, at POT, was fantastic to deaI with, and they replaced the unit under warranty. Sadly, I have not experienced this degree of CS with other high-end thermal companies. It could take months to a year to obtain satisfaction. I love the weight, FOV & size of the Voodoo S. As with many things in life, you get what you pay for...

I never review anything, but this is by far the best thermal I’ve looked through. Had irays, pulsars, nvisions, arms. Don’t even bother waste your money on others.
