Best Bialys

I grew up in Brooklyn. I now live in Minnesota and am thrilled that I can still get authentic NY bagels and bialys. They are the best and bring back such fobs memories of NY

Stingy with the onions

I get two dozen bialys every 4 weeks, The most recent shipment had almost no onions on the bialys. Either we have an onion shortage or the onion person needs additional training. I consider this an anomaly - the product is usually spot on.
