Brown and gluggy product - avoid

Frank's customer service was great, unfortunately, this product was not. When it arrived the product was brown and gluggy looking, which does not match the photo of the product on the website. I reached out to Frank and they arranged for a replacement product to be sent. unfortunately, the replacement product was the same - brown and gluggy with a funny smell. There is no way that I was putting it anywhere near my face. Avoid. Appreciate the great customer service though.

My skin feels so plump after using this serum and the texture of my skin is so silky smooth it’s amazing. I wake up the next morning and can visibly see the positive effect adding this oil has had for me.

Treated go to serum for me. I’ve had some different serums on the go and have just come back to the Frank collagen boost. Love having this as part of my morning tea and gives a radiant boost to my skin when I use it
