Changed my make up game
Cold Shoulder and Twinkle may be the BEST highlighter ever created. It is very versatile as a body glitter and spreads out that starry shine. I get compliments everywhere I go. As an eye shadow, the glitter matches the lights in theeyes. if I could give this a 10/10 I would. Seriously, its amazing!
