OMG this is the best unit I have ever bought, the newer whizz bang one has gone to heaven (another brand) so what did I do, pull Henry out of the cupboard, order a new filter & bags and Henry is up and running the house - again! I love this vacuum cleaner he is just the best! thank you Henry!
