It really is the perfect part
Exactly what I was looking for to make large batches of soup. I got it just in time for soup season and I've been using it every 3 weeks for soup alone!

We love this pot. Perfect for soups, pasta, one-pot meals, etc. Non-stick, great size, cooks evenly, and being able to use the lid to drain pasta and what not is awesome. Only thing to be aware of is the handles get really hot so you will need oven mits to grab it to drain things.
