It just works.

The Start/Stop bypass works flawlessly. The installation went quick and easy. The most difficult part is getting up the courage to start prying the plastic trim on the console.

This is how it should be from the factory. You should have to turn the Auto Start/Stop on if you want it active, not the other way around.
