Worst customer service experience I have ever had. One of the 4 images I ordered came out completely discolored and customer service claims they will not reprint it because it meets their quality standards even though it looks completely different from the image I uploaded. They didn’t care how unhappy I was with the result and did nothing to try to remedy the issue. For the high price of these prints I expect WAY BETTER. I’ve been ordering prints from them for years and spent hundreds of dollars, but they don’t care if you’re a loyal customer, they will do absolutely nothing to help you. They have officially lost me as a customer.
