Great tasting cookies cream
Ive been using rule 1 for a while but I bought this for my boyfriend to help with gains while working out on the road(truck driver) Said it was the best tasting protein he ever had. He was amazed. Not to sweet. Dissolved well in water and kept him gull for a while.

Much Better Than Others
Tried a few new gainers as a newer gym-goer, and this one is pretty good. Mixes well in the shakes, doesn’t leave you feeling super full, and tastes good. Will be buying more.

Clean Gainer has fewer calories than mass gainer but I prefer the better ingeredients that that goes into making it. Flavor is great, not overly thick, nor chunky like other gainers I’ve tried
