wrong order and smashed

It came as 1 ball instead of package of 4, and it was shipped in a bag. Delicate product inside, and shipped across the country, so came smashed. Very disappointed as I waited 10 days for this for my bunny who desperately needed something of quality to chew on and is ill. He wouldn't even go near this mess!
