Most beautiful boots with very high luxury quality. Fits perfectly and extremely comfortable. You can dress it up or dress down. I appreciate the care of the packaging and the details of the design. I am 5’2” and was concerned the boots might be too tall, but they fit just above my knees but not over. The heel height is perfect for day to night look. In addition, the boots keep your feet/legs warm. Love my Penelope!
