After One Week

My sleep pattern is normally quite disturbed in that my frequent awakenings mean a reduction in quality of waking time. I have now taken Hux Sleep for a week and my sleep pattern has gradually settled until last night I slept through. Apart from that, I have felt a bit more alive and awake on other days, despite interrupted nights, so the capsules are obviously doing something. It will take more time to see if this continues.
