Midnight Bracelet

Terrible experience. I placed an order during their Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion and somehow received ONLY the free item. The Midnight Bracelet showed up, but the Eternal Fate Necklace that I actually paid for was completely missing. I emailed customer service with my order number explaining exactly what happened and have received no response. So at this point, I paid for an item I never received while they apparently had no problem fulfilling the “free” part of the promotion. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer after failing to send something they paid for is unacceptable. A BOGO promotion isn’t much of a promotion when you only send one of the items, especially when it’s the free one. I’d seriously think twice before ordering from this company. Hopefully they’re more responsive to a public review than they are to their actual customer service emails.

Nice product, high-quality material, kind of small. If you have big wrists, it's hard to get on. Too sharp on the edges; I have four different cuts because of it.

I like the bracelet, although it seems a bit thin it is still nice. also appreciate the free necklace.
