I placed an order and didn't receive any updates from the company until after multiple follow-ups. Nearly a month later, I finally got a response offering to either cancel my order for a full refund or have the items shipped via two-day delivery. I chose the two-day delivery and eventually received my items. While the company did resolve the issue by expediting the shipment, I spent several weeks uncertain if they were legitimate due to their lack of communication. I'm giving them two stars because of the poor communication and delays, although they did ultimately fulfill my order.
