Meteorite

I’m just starting out with making all of these beautiful rings, but I do love working with this meteorite. It looks great at the end and it adds a nice metallic pop to whatever you’re doing.

Dont Know what it is for sure.

I cant tell if its meteorite or not. It looks and acts like just any chunk of metal. I pound it with a hammer to break it into pieces to use as inlay. But it just mushrooms like any pice of metal would. So bottom line I cant use it. Even if I drill it or shred it into small enough pieces to use, I cant sell it as meteorite. I cant call it meteorite because I don't know what it really is. That would be misleading and false advertising. So I simply cant use it, so I wont get any more.
