Ripper Cap

I ordered two 5 gallon jugs one yellow, one red, the ripper cap for these jugs was out of stock when I ordered them. I was given an opportunity to be notified when they became available. Several weeks later i received an email that tue caps were back in stock. I ordered two of them, and low akd behold they do not fit my new jugs. They are too big and so not fit the jugs at all, so I've wasted my time and money. I wpuld not think it unreasonable for someone in customer service to be able to cross reference the jugs purchased to the supposed back in stock caps. I am guessing I will have to pay for shipping once again to get the correct cap, if they even have it in stock. So far this jug experience has been horrible, thinking of placing jugs for sale ajd going back to my old cans.

So far I haven’t had a problem with but because of my age I need to split it down to fuel My tractor. I’ve been using the half jugs because of weight and the ripper tops don’t work in the lawn mower so I use your other tops. I actually found these cans at a Kobota show and loved how they worked over all the old cans.

Had a few issues with my first ripper cap. Contacted tuff jug. Received a new ripper cap with an updated design, no questions ask. Great product great customer service.
