I loved this plant. It didn’t do well for me but I was able to work with their customer care on it. In the meanwhile, I highly recommend their snake plants! Mine thrived and so I’ll probably get a bunch and put them all around the house. It’s perfect for someone who isn’t home every day and wants to not have to water their plants. Their special pots last a whole month without a refill!

The palm has been turning brown slowly since the day I received it. I make sure it has water, light, and occasional tropical feed… but it’s still dying. For $250 I was expecting a healthy plant.
