Immunity Boost Medium Roast

Good coffee even though I prefer a darker roast, but I was curious to try with the added fungi extracts. The only downfall was that much of the extract got caught in the grooves of the resealable packaging grooves and I had to break them out. It was obvious that there would be an uneven distribution of the extract solids so I ground the entire package contents at once instead of my preferred only as I need it for freshness approach.
