ALIGN Zen+

I love my align mat! I wanted to focus more on recovery and I notice a difference in my HRV (10 % higher ) when I use this. I also have a Haelo PEMF device and I would chose this mat over that everyday. You can FEEL it! Plus my dog loves it too.

I love my Zen mat!! I hesitated to invest so much in it, but I'm glad I did! I've been using it regularly in the mornings after going outside in sunrise light, and at night right before bed to unwind from the day. I also stand on it at my desk in my home office and turn it on at various times of day. I've had some chronic swelling in my foot and it's one of the few things that actually helps! The 10-day challenge was an inspiring introduction to the possibilities of the mat and a great way to get to know the various settings and how versatile they are. I also reached out to Alyssa and Mike with some questions, and they responded right away! We love our Align Zen PEMF Mat! Our 3 year old granddaughter used it for about 15 minutes. She slept so good that evening! Normally she is up by 8am but slept in until 9:45am! Julie G
