A little leaky, but VERY packable and light.
I waited a while to write this so I could use it a few time for it's intented purpose; water'proof' very packable jacket for trailriding dirtbiking.
Pros: It's fantastically lightweight, and packs into one of it's own pockets. It's awesomely small and packable.
It it very water resistant.
The hood is great, and has cinches along with waist cinches.
Con: Right at mid-chest there is a vent all the way across the front, and water gets forces in there. For my usecase, this kinda sucks. As I dirbike water gets forced into the vent, and my nipnips get anywhere from kinda wet to very wet.

great for a party cloudy day with a breeze
I went on an hour or so walk on a day where it was 65 with a light breeze, walking thru forested paths. Only when the walk was about 3/4 done did I feel the need to unzip it a bit. It's quite breathable. It's good I feel like it's a good jacket to keep the bugs at bay, whether that's accurate or not. If push comes to shove, the jacket when folded could be used as a tiny pillow.
Oh, and the carabiner thing is in the right pocket? I guess that's the one they would expect you to turn it inside out from, if you wanted access to that.
