I received items and one was broken Three days later look down and crocs and another item had broke and fell off I emailed and sent picture of broken item I received but no one has responded

I lived my charms, they looked good, nice quality, took awhile to arrive but their communication level is top tier, they actually answer the phone and was very professional…. I just ordered 8 more… recommend 10/10!!!
