I enjoy making use of this product which I recently purchased, and has done me good so far.

Broken

I received a broken projector that did not work. There is no customer service number. I get an email response every 24 hours (if I am lucky) questioning if the item is actually broken. I finally got an email with a label saying they will evaluate once they receive if it is broken or not. After 2 weeks and $350, I do not have a working projector or a promise that they will replacew it. Our family saved up money for this and it was a big splurge. I am so so disappointed.
