Full bottle of ice melts within around 8 hours indoors and I am told that it is normal and to continue monitoring? When asking if there are guidelines to whether it might be defective I never got an answer so I am very disappointed

It is drop free and there is large capacity for the water and able to store hold and cold water for long hours.
