Creatine Monohydrate Powder

I was a bit sceptical about using it as I heard you put on weight. Tried it and I absolutely love it . Never gained any weight and noticed in my training I’m getting stronger and I’m 73z so thanks for a fantastic product especially made for women.

My favourite creatine powder! Mixes so easily into water, I take it mixed into plain water and you can't even taste it unlike a lot of other brands
