Good l planner, bad experience

Ordered my planner on the 3rd of Nov it was stated that the planner was going to be sent out at a certain time. I contacted the seller and I was told about she ordered her product and it didn't arrive on time and also some other personal things I didn't need to hear. Which is understandable about the late delivery it was just the tone used that I didn't like and telling me personal problems I didn't need to know about and the delivery of the conversation we had. The planner has now arrived its a nice product and would recommend if you want to start off and really plan your content. I hope things get better in this business and it continues to grow to be honest.
