Performance Laundry Fabric Softener

This is my second time purchasing this scent. I love how the fabric softeners make my clothes feel. I wish the scent was a bit stronger but overall I think this is a great product.

Bad customer service

About my 5th review over and over but in case you have not read my previous I’ll post it on all the social media sites. I had a problem with my order and nothing was happening after you charged me. It was up to me to try to resolve it. I could not get through on the tracking option you have. It would reset every time I entered my info. The chat was not working. I called over and over and got a recording. Finally got through on email and was antagonized by the customer service people. So after going back and forth for days. You offered me some fabric softener for my troubles. I am telling anybody who will listen or read about my experiences.
