It keep my pants up the whole time, when moving and bending that helps a lot. One thing dislike is when you have to adjust the belt then putting in the belt loop, can be annoying but i can managed.

This is the second of these belts I’ve purchased. They are great. Sturdy, comfortable, and perfect for travel since they don’t have any metal components.

Work Belt
Love this belt for work. I am using it as part of a tool belt system I put together. This belt, Jessup suspenders, Badger Trimmer toolbags (smaller/lighter bags), and a CLC padded belt underneath. This belt holds up well to the weight in the tool bags. The stretch is just right for bending, crouching, and general working movements. The Jessup suspenders kick in to help carry the load if I start to load up. Love the belt for this purpose!! Has served me very well so far. I got the extra long one to go around the padded belt and give me plenty of adjustment.
