Durable and a good fit
The construction quality feels pretty solid and the speed laces are easy to use. I've put about 25 miles on them so far on rucks and bootcamp-style workouts. They feel very stable and the tread seems to grip well on concrete or grass. One issue I might have is how the ankle area is a little hard to get your foot through when you're putting them on or taking them off. I'm used to shoes like the Ballistic Trainers and just recently got the Mackalls, which are naturally very easy to slip your foot in and out of. As long as you loosen the laces in the ankle area just a bit, you're fine. Being boots, they also lock in your foot extremely well, and I had no issues with my foot sliding around or feeling loose like some shoes did. All in all, these feel like a very solid pair if you're looking for boots.

This is my 4th or 5th pair of these boots. I have ones That are for hiking and rucking, but I also by the black ones for work. I can wear them all day, 8-20 hr shifts, with no blisters or feet problems related to the shoe. My only complaint is I wish the air valve on the side of the boot was one way, I've stepped in some icky stuff, but like said, "You don't want water proof boots.". It's the worst for your feet.

Last time I ordered the MacV2s in 9. 5 and they were big, still loved them. This time I ordered 9s and they're a bit snug, but still love them. I wear them everyday to work.
