We have been SO happy with this full cleanse program & all of it's inclusions to support our systems for better health & maintenance. In the past we have purchased IDF 1&2 separately but having it come in the full program with the Super Food & Immunity Shield have been very welcomed. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending these products to anyone looking at a cleanse & wanting to improve their health maintenance!

In your "2 week intestinal detox program" booklet it says says "take IDF#2, 5-6 heaped teaspoons a day outside of meals" After watching your video, i found out what you mean is "take 1tsp 5-6 times a day outside of meals". I took a heaped tablespoon with about 400ml of water and choked it down, folloed by 200ml. It didnt feel right so i found your video on youtube and i am now currently smashing water to try and prevent a blockage in my bowel.
