I’m accustomed to POPFLEX’s billowy, romantic sleeves but WOW these are REALLY big! Hits right at my waist and I love that I can wear it loose or scrunch it up for a different look. Definitely blocks the wind— very high quality. Bought it in the Morning Moss and Coconut Cream and had to come back for the black!
