Customer service was great until I had the glasses in hand but when I got the glasses they were so big they wouldn’t even stay on my head. I contacted the company expecting the same level of care and all they did was send me a video that was kind of useless. I was hoping to get a local avulux retailer that I could go to that would resize them but they kind of left me to my own means. So excellent customer service seems to end when the shipment leaves the factory.

The glasses do appear to help, however I simply CANNOT STAND how much they get smudges. Running cold water and dabbing works, but to have to do it EVERYDAY more than once is not $600 quality, period. Especially considering these as medical devices, but not being covered by anything. DO BETTER!

They are nice. They are not as nice as I had expected them to be with my specific photophobia condition perhaps. They are a pair that I keep with me though at all times.
