Amazing product and packing, very convenient and not bulky or heavy, completely waterproof, keeps temperature for hours and so far appears scratch proof. The customer service is unmatched. The live chat feature on their site has a REAL human on the other end, and it comes across very much that the people behind Zazi genuinely care about their products and what they do. Very refreshing and realistic online shopping experience. 10/10 would recommend.
