We were a little last minute sorting our class gift, Rachel was really helpful and when there were problems with being able to read some of words the kids had written she sorted it out and made sure we got a bag where everything was perfect.

I was very impressed with the quality of the bags. When they arrived I noticed that there was a mistake on one, I sent an email and I was told another bag would be made and sent out. I was very happy with the swift response and another bag arrived a couple of days later. The 3 teachers were very pleased with their bags and at the end of the school day they were sporting them on their arms when the parents came to collect the children
