Not sure where they ship from but package was completely smashed when they arrived a month after we ordered. Like the opening scene from Ace Ventura Pet Detective (ha!). Units didn't work when tested with batteries. Shipping may have broke them in this case, however an extremely low quality product regardless once you touch/feel.

I received 2 of them and one works better than the other. They seemed to slow down after about an hour. I also used rechargeable batteries in them--not sure if that had anything to do with it.

They are terrible. I bought 4 and 2 of them wont even spin and the other 2 barely work at all.
