I like this tea. It's a great way to start my day. I feel energized and ready to take on the day. As for weight loss goea, there has been zero change, but let's be real there's no such thing as a magic tea or supplement. I use this tea for the energy I get, no need to consume mass quantities of coffee first thing and I stay focused all morning.
