Tactacam DEFEND 360 Cellular Security Camera

The camera is good and I like the features but after signing up for the premium plan if I want the extra features I have to pay additional. Plans should be priced on the features without having to pay extra!!

The camera is great. I was having problems with my account. I called the service center and had the most knowledgeable, polite, and wonderful young man address my account. I'm 71 and sences are not as keen as when I was younger. Ian was so patient with me, didn't rush me, and made sure I understood the process. I have NEVER had this level of customer service. Ian is to be commended for his outstanding customer service.

Fast arrival once ordered and camera is awesome.
