Tactacam DEFEND 360 Cellular Security Camera

The camera is great. I was having problems with my account. I called the service center and had the most knowledgeable, polite, and wonderful young man address my account. I'm 71 and sences are not as keen as when I was younger. Ian was so patient with me, didn't rush me, and made sure I understood the process. I have NEVER had this level of customer service. Ian is to be commended for his outstanding customer service.

Well made camera, easy to mount and operate. Has enough cord so u can put camera in one place and sun shield in another.

First and foremost, it would have been good to know that there were no returns or refunds. I have a camera that doesn't pick up any motion and has yet to record a video. Not happy with the performance at all and on top of the $152 price tag I am also out $175 for the data plan. Very disappointing. I will not recommend this camera or a purchase from your site with no return or refund policy in place and an expensive lesson learned.
