Good stuff
I give blood every eight weeks. My hemoglobin number has been fantastic. Unlike other iron I have tried, it does not leave an aftertaste

Not right for me
I have had difficulty for many years with iron supplements. I’m a distance runner and anemic. I was very hopeful this would work for me. I really like the many Gnarly products that I use. Also the educational messages are really good.
