Fantastic way to keep hydrated
Love LMNT. It is an outstanding way to stay hydrated and avoid cramping during physical activity. Don’t just have to use it for training. Drink it prior to any outdoor activity in the heat when you are going to sweat a lot, like mowing the grass or working in the garden. Very good product.

It just works
I love LMNT, I have used it for a couple of years now and nothing else works like this stuff, for me. It also tastes great, the watermelon and grapefruit are my favorites.

Good variety of flavors, especially enjoy the Citrus
I love the Citrus, Raspberry is ok, and I do not like the Watermelon.
I tried mixing these in 16 ounces of water (too salty) and 32oz (too weak), then found 24 ounces of water just right. I top that off with ice in my Nalgene for workouts and long hikes, works great and I don't get tired of drinking it.
