Smooth lips and a perfect base. Why not 5 stars overall? The brush is too hard, it feels uncomfortable to scrub de lips

Love the serum, but cleaning the applicator is tricky
I love the serum—it’s genuinely great and does a fantastic job preparing my lips. I also appreciate the exfoliating function of the applicator. However, I have concerns about how to properly clean it. I would prefer a removable buffer applicator that can be rinsed thoroughly.
